Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price at the time of order placement will be honored.

Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that descriptions are complete or error-free.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

We accept the following payment methods: • Cash on Delivery (COD) - Free, no extra charges • Online Payment via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets) • Partial COD (Pay advance online, remaining on delivery)

All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.

Order confirmation will be sent via SMS and/or email. This confirmation does not guarantee shipment; orders are only confirmed once they are dispatched.

We offer FREE delivery on all orders across India. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary based on location, product availability, and other factors beyond our control. Delivery times during festivals, sales, or adverse weather conditions may be extended.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address and contact information. Gurtoy is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package before accepting delivery and report any damage immediately.

Gurtoy provides the following warranty coverage:

1 Month Guarantee (All Products): • Covers manufacturing defects • Does not cover damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear • Product must be in unused condition with original packaging

12 Month Warranty (Electric Products): • Applicable to electric cars, bikes, and battery-operated toys • Covers motor, battery, and electrical component defects • Does not cover physical damage, water damage, or damage due to misuse • Original purchase invoice required for warranty claims

To claim warranty, contact us with your order details and description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process.

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via WhatsApp, Phone, or Email.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a replacement after delivery if the product is damaged or defective (as per our Replacement Policy).

If you cancel a prepaid order before shipment, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Gurtoy reserves the right to cancel orders in case of: • Product unavailability • Pricing errors • Suspected fraudulent activity • Violation of these Terms and Conditions

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Prohibited Activities: • Creating multiple accounts to misuse coupons or promotional offers • Using automated systems or bots to access the website • Attempting to manipulate prices, reviews, or website functionality • Reselling products purchased from Gurtoy without authorization • Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activities

Account Termination: Gurtoy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to: • Multiple accounts created by the same person/address to abuse coupon codes • Fraudulent orders or payment disputes • Harassment of our staff or other customers • Any activity that harms the integrity of our platform

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Gurtoy or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

The Gurtoy name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Gurtoy.

Gurtoy sells toys and related products for children. While we ensure all products meet safety standards, parents/guardians are responsible for: • Supervising children during play • Ensuring toys are age-appropriate for the child • Following all safety instructions and warnings provided with products • Checking products for any damage before allowing children to play

Gurtoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website and shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by website unavailability.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, India.
