Important Notice
We offer REPLACEMENT ONLY, not refunds. If your product is damaged or defective, we will replace it with a new one. Refunds are not available.
When Can You Request Replacement?
Your product is eligible for replacement if it meets the following conditions
Original Packaging
Product must be in its original, unopened packaging
Unused Condition
Product should be unused and in the same condition as received
Within Time Window
Request must be made within 10-15 days of delivery
All Accessories Included
All original accessories, tags, and documentation must be included

Electric cars, bikes, and battery-operated toys once the packaging is opened and there is no defect
